We have joined our supplier’s Forest Carbon Offsetting Programme to ensure all materials used in the production of wide format prints, posters, vinyl banners, signage, roller banner and pop up graphics is carbon neutral. This encompasses extraction, processing, manufacture and delivery.
The scheme, managed by Forest Carbon, enables carbon generated across the product range to be offset by planting new woodland in the UK, which is inline with the certified standards set by the Government’s Woodland Carbon Code. Forest Carbon are the leader in voluntary woodland creation in the UK and since 2006 have planted over 4.8 million trees offsetting over 1,000,000 tonnes of CO2.
Reducing environmental impact by opting to plant natural woodland has many benefits including habitat creation, increased biodiversity, flood mitigation, improved water quality and increasing recreational space.
